On TV I have recently watched a programme on e-mobility describing some new electric and/or hybrid vehicles launched by Renault (e-Clio), a new e-Mini and the strategic plan of BMW to have soon 21 cars electric available in their catalogue and in the next years also one car powered by Hydrogen. 19 new environment and resources projects to share €150 million of EU funding
The European Commission has selected 19 new environment and resources projects that will share almost €150 million of EU funding:
- 9 projects, selected out of 23 submitted, will receive around €32.5 million under Horizon 2020's Societal Challenge "Climate action, environment, resource efficiency and raw materials"
- 10 projects, selected out of 45 submitted, will receive €117.36 million for the five SPIRE (Sustainable Process Industries) and NMPB (Nanotechnologies, Advanced Materials, Biotechnology, and Advanced Manufacturing and Processing) . Read more
